本文
Dear team,
I am writing to let you know that the marketing meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday has been moved to Thursday at 3 p.m. The change was necessary because several colleagues will be away at a conference early in the week. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
The meeting will now take place in Conference Room B, which is on the fourth floor. Since the room is larger, we will also be able to invite the design team, whose input is important for the new campaign.
Please update your calendar and confirm your attendance by replying to this email no later than Wednesday noon. If you cannot attend in person, you may join the meeting online through the link I will share that morning. Those who join remotely should test their microphone in advance to avoid technical problems.
The agenda will be sent one day before the meeting so that everyone has time to prepare. If there is a topic you would like to add, let me know in advance and I will include it. Thank you for your flexibility, and I look forward to seeing you on Thursday.
Best regards,
Daniel

The marketing meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday has been moved to Thursday at 3 p.m.
修飾to Thursday at 3 p.m.
本動詞は「has been moved」で、現在完了(has + p.p.) 分詞修飾を飛ばすと「The meeting has been moved to Thursday」が核心です。
Since the room is larger, we will also be able to invite the design team, whose input is important for the new campaign.
節Since the room is larger理由の副詞節(since~)
述語will also be able to invite未来+可能
節, whose input is important for the new campaign所有格の関係節(whose~)
文は「Since ...」
