やはり yahari — an adverb written in kana, with two uses: (1) "as expected," as in やはり来なかった (he did not come, as expected); (2) "still, after all," as in やはりこれがいい (this is best after all). The casual spoken form is やっぱり. Unlike きっと (surely, K-71), it confirms that something matches expectation.
