指着说 "right here"。疼痛:"sharp"(刺痛)、"dull"(钝痛)、"throbbing"(跳痛);强度按1〜10。

"the wait"=等候时间。看诊=「to be seen」;叫号=「call your name」。

"doctor’s note / sick note"=病假证明,正式的叫 "medical certificate",可能收工本费。
