Notice: Office Relocation
We are pleased to announce that our headquarters will move to a new building on Maple Street on March 15. The new office, which is located near the central train station, is larger and brighter than our current one.
The building offers a spacious lobby, a modern cafeteria, and several meeting rooms equipped with the latest technology. Because the site is close to public transportation, your daily commute should become much easier.
To make the move smooth, all staff are asked to pack their personal belongings before the deadline of March 12. Each department will receive labeled boxes from the facility team by March 8. Please write your name and floor number on every box so that nothing is lost during the move.
The elevators may be crowded on moving day, so employees are encouraged to arrive early. If you have any questions about the relocation, please contact the facility team at extension 240. Thank you for your cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you to our new home.
