Dear valued customer,
Thank you for choosing Maple Grove Hotel for your recent stay. We are always trying to improve our service, and your honest opinion would help us a great deal. We would be grateful if you could take a few minutes to complete a short survey.
The survey contains ten questions and should take no more than five minutes. It asks about different parts of your stay, such as the check-in process, the cleanliness of your room, and the quality of our restaurant. There are no right or wrong answers; we simply want to know what you really think.
As a token of our appreciation, everyone who completes the survey by the end of this month will be entered into a draw to win a free weekend stay. The winner will be contacted by email early next month.
Your responses will be kept private and will be used only to make our hotel better. If you experienced any problem during your stay, please describe it in the comment box, and a manager will personally look into it.
