Your membership gives you several benefits. As a member, you can borrow up to five e-books at the same time, and you will receive a discount on every paper book you buy in our online store. Members also get early access to new titles before they are released to the public.

"As a member" es una frase adverbial que expresa un rol ("en calidad de miembro"). Dos cláusulas completas se enlazan como iguales con "and." En el final "every paper book you buy," el pronombre relativo "that" se omite entre "book" y "you buy" — un relativo en función de objeto puede caer así, y se lee "cada libro que compras."
