Se lo puedo señalar; me duele justo aquí cuando respiro hondo.
Señala y di "right here". Dolor: "sharp", "dull", "throbbing"; intensidad de 1 a 10.

¿La necesita para el expediente? Aquí está mi tarjeta del seguro y mi ID.

"The wait" = la espera. Ser atendido = "to be seen". Te llaman por tu nombre.

"Doctor’s note / sick note" = justificante; el formal es "medical certificate".
