Frequency adverb register split: itsumo (daily, colloquial) / tsune ni (Sino-Japanese, formal, written) / fudan (ordinarily / usual default) / heizei (archaic-flavored ordinarily). "Itsumo arigatou gozaimasu" is the default greeting for regular customers and recurring vendors. "Itsumo no" lets a regular order without naming the menu — an intimacy marker.
