Mnemonic

天 tiān "heaven, nature" + 赋 fù "to endow, bestow": what heaven endows, i.e. natural talent, an innate gift. Same as the Korean word cheon-bu (天賦). Outstanding aptitude born with one rather than gained by effort (有天赋 to be talented, 天赋异禀 to be exceptionally gifted). Unlike the acquired 智力 or 素质, 天赋 centers on what is innately given. 天 means "heaven, nature" (天然, 天生); 赋 means "to endow" (赋予, 天赋).
