披 pī "to part, lay open" + 露 lù "to reveal, expose": to part and reveal, i.e. to disclose, to make known. Korean renders it as "to disclose, divulge". Officially bringing hidden information, inside facts or results to light (披露内幕 to disclose the inside story, 信息披露 information disclosure). 披 means "to part, drape" (披头散发 with hair loose); 露 means "to reveal, dew" (暴露 to expose, 露天 open-air).
