Food & Nutrition

The food we eat every day is full of nutrients that give our body energy and help it grow. Rice and bread hold carbohydrates that give energy, meat and beans hold protein that builds the body, and vegetables and fruit hold vitamins that keep us well. Eating many kinds of food matters more than eating only one. Sort the five nutrients onto a plate and move the slider: each nutrient's foods and its job come into view.
